Style Notes: The Anouk ethical engagement ring is pretty as a peach!  A sparkly, pink-orange sapphire (called a padparadscha) is set into a contemporary prong ring setting.  The padparadscha sapphire is the rarest sapphire of all and its name means 'lotus colour' in Sanskrit.
