This East-West Bezel Solitaire Pendant Necklace With 3 CTW Marquise Cut Lab-Grown Diamonds in 14K Yellow Gold by Blue Nile places a single marquise-cut lab-grown diamond sideways in a bezel. The east-west orientation gives the slender shape with two pointed ends a more horizontal appearance than a conventional hanging pendant.
