These 18K Pearl Hoops Mini by Carina Hardy hide a small family of pink pearls within compact organic curves of recycled 18K yellow gold. From the front, the pearls become visible as a delicate internal line, while the surrounding metal acts almost like a protective wall around them. The miniature hoop hugs the lobe closely, giving the design an intimate scale that suits daily wear and layered styling without losing its sculptural identity. Limited to a series of 100, the pair feels more like a tiny vessel for pearls than a conventional pearl hoop. Wear them alone or beside fine studs to emphasise their concealed, inward-looking detail.
Carina Hardy has lived between Bali and New York City her entire life. Growing up in a family of jewelers, she was encouraged to push creative limits and trust hand craftsmanship. A designer and artist, Carina roots her practice in reverence for the strength and softness of women. Carina has worked in many mediums, including plaster, inflatables, ice and metal. Together with her lover Tavish, they established Carina Hardy in 2024.
