This 18K Pavé Contour Ring by Carina Hardy subtly shifts the line of a conventional pavé band. Brown diamonds and yellow sapphires follow a fine recycled-gold form that rises into a gentle crest, creating enough curvature to distinguish the piece while preserving its stackable proportions. The warm tonal combination has a muted, almost antique richness, particularly beside yellow gold, and the soft contour allows it to interact beautifully with straighter bands or gemstone rings. Conceived as a close relative of Hardy’s Pavé Band Ring, it introduces movement without sacrificing everyday wearability. Each example belongs to a limited series handcrafted in Bali and stone-set in Bangkok.
Carina Hardy has lived between Bali and New York City her entire life. Growing up in a family of jewelers, she was encouraged to push creative limits and trust hand craftsmanship. A designer and artist, Carina roots her practice in reverence for the strength and softness of women. Carina has worked in many mediums, including plaster, inflatables, ice and metal. Together with her lover Tavish, they established Carina Hardy in 2024.
