These 18K Pavé Small Dot Studs by Carina Hardy explore how much texture and brilliance can be concentrated into a tiny surface. At just 0.3cm, each recycled 18K yellow-gold stud is densely pavé set with responsibly sourced brown diamonds and yellow sapphires, creating a warm, granular shimmer within an extremely compact form. The reduced scale makes precision part of the design language, while the tonal palette keeps the effect rich rather than flashy. Limited to a series of 100, they work beautifully in a layered ear, where their small size adds depth without clutter. Worn alone, they become an exercise in miniature craftsmanship.
Carina Hardy has lived between Bali and New York City her entire life. Growing up in a family of jewelers, she was encouraged to push creative limits and trust hand craftsmanship. A designer and artist, Carina roots her practice in reverence for the strength and softness of women. Carina has worked in many mediums, including plaster, inflatables, ice and metal. Together with her lover Tavish, they established Carina Hardy in 2024.
