This 18K Pavé Arched Cuff by Carina Hardy is a substantial figurative cuff built from six sweeping arches of recycled 18K yellow gold. Brown diamonds and yellow sapphires are pavé-set across portions of the richly textured gold-leaf surface, adding concentrated flashes of color and light without obscuring the sculptural metalwork. Within the arches, the form of the femme fatale rises through the design, bringing the human body into an architectural composition. Produced in a highly limited series of ten, the piece has the scale and presence of wearable art. Designed and handcrafted in Bali with stones set in Bangkok, it is deliberately dramatic and collectible.
Carina Hardy has lived between Bali and New York City her entire life. Growing up in a family of jewelers, she was encouraged to push creative limits and trust hand craftsmanship. A designer and artist, Carina roots her practice in reverence for the strength and softness of women. Carina has worked in many mediums, including plaster, inflatables, ice and metal. Together with her lover Tavish, they established Carina Hardy in 2024.
