Martha Seely's current collection is far more substantial than the word “celestial” might initially suggest. Stars, constellations and cosmic references are worked through serious gold, diamonds, pearls and coloured gemstones, with pieces reaching firmly into high fine-jewelry territory. What we particularly appreciate is movement. Falling stars and clustered forms make sense when the wearer moves, rather than existing only as static motifs. Martha's wardrobe background shows there.
