Our jewelry is crafted on a made-to-order basis to meet your unique specifications. Please be advised that our return policies extend beyond instances of defective products. We also accommodate general cases, including situations of buyer's remorse. We believe in ensuring a positive and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers, and thus, our return policies are designed to address a variety of circumstances. If the production process has begun and you wish to cancel your order we will issue you a store credit. Please notify us as soon as possible. If you have received your order and wish to exchange it or return it please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will accept the return and issue you store credit as long as the returned product is found to be in suitable condition and not damaged by you.
