This handmade necklace is made from 18-karat gold over Sterling Silver (1 micron thickness) with a 0.10 micron palladium plate. It features Japanese baroque pearls, tiny green agate and pink labradorite beads, and a hand-carved green porcelain cameo. The piece is crafted in Torre del Greco, Italy, and is nickel-free.
