This Dino Tagua Necklace - Trex by Korissa is a unique and sustainable accessory. This necklace is from a collection hand-carved by artisans in Ecuador from a sustainably harvested Tagua nut, known as "Vegetarian Ivory." The charm is a Trex dinosaur design, and the chain is made of Zinc alloy. For every piece sold, a tree is planted.
Korissa is a New York City-based brand co-founded by Angela and Nora in 2017. After Angela’s time in Bangladesh working with a fair-trade NGO, the label was born with a mission to support artisans in marginalized communities. Korissa’s collections feature handcrafted goods made from natural fibres such as jute and seagrass, emphasising social responsibility, sustainability, and ethical materials. The brand balances utility and elegance—every piece is designed to bring beauty, purpose, and refined craftsmanship to conscientious consumers.
