This Sapphire & Diamond Shared Prong Engagement Ring by Ben Garelick uses alternating diamonds and sapphires to create a vivid, light-filled frame for the chosen centre stone. Shared-prong settings keep the side stones visually open, allowing their brilliance and deep blue colour to read as a continuous ribbon along the band. Shown with a 2.00-carat round lab-grown diamond centre, the setting can instead accommodate another diamond shape, sapphire, moissanite or gemstone. The contrast between blue sapphire and white diamond gives the ring a classic yet distinctive character, while the balanced symmetry keeps the overall composition polished, romantic and enduring.
