This Compass Set Princess Cut Starlight Engagement Ring by Ben Garelick reinterprets the solitaire through crisp geometry and deliberately spaced diamond accents. A princess-cut centre stone, sold separately, is held in dramatic double claw prongs arranged in a compass orientation, giving the square silhouette an architectural edge. Along the 1.8mm shank, 0.26 carats of round diamonds are individually spaced in single-prong settings, creating flashes of light without forming a conventional pavé line. Shown with a 1.25-carat princess-cut centre, the setting can be adapted to another size or shape. The overall effect is contemporary, precise and quietly unconventional.
