Today, he works alongside family, experimenting with colors and finishes that highlight the richness of Guatemalan wood. Using simple tools, he creates each piece with precision, from sketching and carving to sanding and varnishing. His work, once featured in an international catalog, continues to celebrate Guatemala’s resources and craftsmanship, bringing the spirit of his homeland to homes around the world.
