As a painter, her work leans toward surrealism and playful abstraction, often expressing a desire to turn sadness into joy, a sensibility rooted in her childhood love of colorful stories. Rosa’s creative journey was also influenced by her father’s work with tanners, which introduced her to the textures of leather, and today she designs handbags alongside her brother Rodolfo Tomatis. In jewelry, she is drawn to combining silver with natural elements, alternating between rustic and polished finishes. Her paintings, leatherwork, and jewelry have been exhibited in Peru, the United States, Germany, and Italy, and her work continues to be collected by admirers around the world.
Handcrafted from 925 sterling silver and quartz, this ring has a crown/bezel that measures 0.7 inches L x 0.6 inches W. The band width is 5 mm W. It has an oxidized finish.
