Today, Noi manages the family workshop, employing local villagers and occasionally bringing in specialists to refine techniques. Handcrafted from 925 sterling silver with 14k rose gold plating, this necklace features a 1 mm cable chain that is 16.8 inches long with a 1.2-inch extender. The pendant is 0.6 inches L x 0.6 inches W and fastens with a spring ring clasp.
