The Pearls of the Sea Youth Group is a collective of young women from a small island community in El Salvador, where life is shaped by the sea, mangroves, and the rhythms of fishing. Founded in partnership with an American mentor who introduced them to jewelry making, the group began as a way to create opportunities in a town where women traditionally had little access to paid work. Today, 11 artisans craft original jewelry designs, blending creativity with resilience while supporting their families and strengthening their community. For many members, the workshop represents more than income — it is a place of learning, sisterhood, and empowerment. Each piece they create reflects not only natural beauty but also the courage and determination of women transforming challenges into hope.

Handcrafted from glass beads and 925 sterling silver hooks, these earrings feature a high polish finish and measure 2.4 inches L x 0.8 inches W. Variations in color, size, and motif are to be expected due to their handcrafted nature.
