Entirely self-taught, she began by working with ceramics and silver, later mastering soldering and wax modeling to create sculptural pieces. Her designs range from glazed clay accented with silver to symbolic jewelry in three dimensions, always guided by passion and a dedication to craft. Solano has refined her skills through mentorships with master jewelers, combining the atelier tradition with her own exploratory spirit. Her work draws inspiration from universal themes — symbolism, magic, and transcendence — as well as the biodiversity of Costa Rica.
