Swiss-Italian by birth but Mexican at heart, Gianluca settled in Michoacán in 1977 after falling in love with the country’s culture and people. His artistry emerged from years of learning alongside local artisans, mastering traditional techniques while blending them with his European roots. Today, he focuses on silver jewelry created with the lost-wax process, pouring molten silver into molds and finishing each piece by hand. His designs embody both meticulous craftsmanship and the richness of cross-cultural heritage.
