Sterling Silver Cocktail Ring with Cream Cultured Pearl 'White Wave'

Born in Bali in 1975, Made Sugi was raised in a community where silversmithing thrives. Inspired by her surroundings, she learned the craft after helping in her husband’s workshop, gradually moving from cleaning and shaping silver to designing her own pieces. Together, they now lead a workshop of 15 artisans who use traditional tools to create intricate designs in silver, gemstones, and pearls. Her jewelry often features classic Balinese motifs such as jawan (silver bubbles) and bun (swirls), patterns that require great precision and skill. Despite personal challenges, including an injury to her hand, Made lives by the motto “never give up.” Her creations embody Balinese culture and artistry, offering jewelry that is both meaningful and distinctive. Through her work, she hopes to keep the silversmithing tradition alive for future generations.

Handcrafted in 925 sterling silver with a natural cultured pearl, this ring features a combination finish. The front measures 0.7 inches in length by 0.6 inches in width, and the band is 3 mm wide.
