These 'White Dawn' Sterling Silver and Black White Handcrafted Earrings by Independent Artisans have a fabulous tribal accent. The earrings are crafted by hand, combining white horn with sterling silver squares with a rustic, hammered appearance and a combination finish.
Balinese designer Wayan Sriani founded the Pertiwi Collection, named after Ibu Pertiwi, Indonesia’s personification of Mother Nature. Her vision was shaped by Warren and Robin, American travelers who shared their experiences of sustainable design and silversmithing during their global voyages. Inspired by their ethos, Sriani creates environmentally conscious jewelry using bamboo, sea glass, coconut shell, bone, and horn, often combined with sterling silver. Each material is chosen with respect for nature, resulting in designs guided by organic shapes and natural beauty. Crafted by local artisans, the collection sustains families while minimizing environmental impact. Every piece reflects Sriani’s dedication to preserving Indonesia’s cultural and natural heritage. Wearing Pertiwi jewelry is both an expression of style and a celebration of the planet’s diversity, uniting artistry with environmental responsibility.
Handcrafted in Indonesia, these post earrings are made from sterling silver and buffalo horn with a combination finish. The total weight is 0.25 oz. Each earring measures 2.4 inches L x 0.7 inches W x 0.1 inches D.
