Peruvian jeweler Tiberio Gonzales, born in Ayacucho in 1949, began his craft by chance after moving to Lima and working in gemstone cutting. Fascinated by the colors and textures hidden in each stone, he soon turned to silversmithing, founding his own workshop where every design begins with the gem itself. For Tiberio, stones inspire the shape and style of each piece, combining their natural beauty with the radiance of Peruvian silver. Over the years, jewelry has become a family endeavor, with his wife Victoria contributing designs and their children carrying on the tradition. His work celebrates the authenticity of Peru through unusual stone pairings and inventive designs. Each creation embodies the landscapes and heritage of his homeland, reflecting a life’s work devoted to honoring the artistry of nature.
