Maricé Núñez Rivera, born in Alajuela, Costa Rica in 1978, grew up in a family that valued hard work and creativity. Inspired by her mother’s seasonal craftwork, she discovered her own passion for jewelry when her sister began making bracelets as gifts. What began as a simple experiment became a vocation, leading her to establish her own workshop. Self-taught through practice and online resources, she works primarily with stainless steel, cords, beads, and thread, carefully testing each design for durability. Her boho-inspired handmade pieces often draw from nature, dreams, and elegant simplicity, each requiring hours of meticulous crafting. Despite the challenges of working independently, Rivera finds deep fulfillment in creating jewelry that reflects her vision. Her designs embody Costa Rica’s vibrancy and offer wearers pieces full of authenticity, creativity, and quiet strength.
