Fascinated by gemstones since childhood, he began working in his father’s workshop at the age of eleven, spending his school days sketching designs and his afternoons learning metalwork. By the time he graduated high school, Fermín had committed himself fully to jewelry, helping expand the family business. His creations draw inspiration from the natural beauty of gemstones and the artistry of Peru’s ancestral jewelry traditions. Over the decades, his workshop has grown into a multi-generational space where artisans are trained, and many have gone on to establish workshops of their own. Recognized for his mastery in both silver and bronze, Fermín blends traditional techniques with contemporary design. For him, jewelry is not only an art form but also a way of sustaining families, preserving heritage, and building futures.

Handcrafted in Peru with .925 sterling silver and onyx. Each earring is 0.5 inches in length and 0.5 inches in width. They have a high-polish finish. Natural color and variegation variations are to be expected.
