Colombian-born and based in Costa Rica for nearly two decades, Omayra Jaramillo Ramírez is a designer and decorator who turned to jewelry-making as a form of therapy. Living with sclerosing osteomyelitis of Garre and rheumatoid arthritis, she resisted the limitations of her illnesses, finding in jewelry a way to preserve mobility and express resilience. With over 20 years as an artist, she has worked in restoration, painting, woodcarving, and iconography, exhibiting her creations in countries from Aruba to the United States. Today, she uses her jewelry to inspire others, teaching workshops that empower people with disabilities to earn income and discover their talents. Deeply committed to charitable causes, Omayra channels love, faith, and determination into her art. Her designs embody perseverance and beauty, reminding wearers that creativity can overcome even the greatest challenges.

Handcrafted in Costa Rica with nylon and synthetic leather. The cord has a 23.5 inch inner circumference. Each pendant measures 1 inch in length and 0.8 inches in width. Colors, size, and/or motifs may vary slightly.
