These Handmade Sterling Silver Pearl Dangle Earrings 'Curving Tendrils' are a cool and delicious accessory. Designed by Ketut Adimasta, the diamond-shaped dangle earrings feature sinuous sterling silver tendrils that curl deliciously and are adorned with petite cultured pearls. The pieces, which embody Balinese culture while reflecting contemporary elegance, are a beautiful representation of the artisan's artistic legacy.
Born in Celuk, Bali in 1972, this silversmith grew up in a family where artistry was both heritage and livelihood. His father was a silver craftsman, his mother a teacher, and by primary school he was already helping in the workshop. Though he earned an architecture degree, his passion for silver ultimately guided his path, and by age 27 he had committed fully to jewelry-making. Today, he leads a large workshop of 45 artisans, designing each piece with the support of his wife. Using sterling silver, gemstones, and pearls, his creations embody Balinese culture while reflecting contemporary elegance. Inspired by daily life and traditions, he carries forward his family’s artistic legacy with pride. For him, jewelry is not only a craft but a way of life, rooted in heritage, family, and creativity.
Handcrafted in Indonesia with .925 sterling silver and cultured pearl. Each earring measures 1.9 inches in length and 0.6 inches in width. They have a combination finish.
