Since 2011, this Thai artisan has built a thriving workshop dedicated to handcrafted jewelry that celebrates the beauty of nature and color. Beginning her journey in 2008, she has grown from working alone to leading a small team of four full-time artisans and providing opportunities to more than 20 women in her community. Many are students, homemakers, or employees supplementing their income, all united by a love of handmade craft. Her designs feature gemstones, pearls, and glass, created with delicate manual techniques she is determined to preserve in the digital age. Recently, she has expanded her vision to include decorative objects, while also investing in a guesthouse where she plans to host jewelry-making classes. This necklace is hand-threaded with clusters of peridot, aquamarine, agate, and glass beads on silk thread. It is finished with a .925 sterling silver-plated brass lobster claw clasp and a 1.4-inch extender. The necklace length is 18.5 inches L, with a pendant width of 9mm.
