Trained as a graphic designer with experience in sewing, sculpture, and architecture, she eventually found her true passion in handcrafted art, guided by the teachings of her mother and grandmother. Alejandra transforms recycled wood and eco-friendly paints into decorative pieces that embody the joy and richness of Mexican culture, drawing inspiration from music, food, and daily life in her community. Over more than a decade, she has built a workshop of talented artisans, many of them women, who share her dedication to quality and creativity. Each piece is meticulously hand-painted, carrying forward tradition while reflecting innovation and functionality. With her bold use of color, including the iconic Mexican hot pink, Alejandra’s work bridges heritage and contemporary design, offering authentic creations that preserve cultural identity and inspire future generations.
