Fernando and David, sons of Guatemalan artisans, grew up between Guatemala and Los Angeles before choosing to return to their homeland in search of purpose. After witnessing the devastation of the Pacaya Volcano eruption in 2010, they transformed loss into opportunity, creating jewelry from volcanic lava and coconut shell. Their designs combine sustainability with social responsibility, as they dedicate 15 percent of their earnings to building homes for families in rural communities. In their workshop, they collaborate with local artisans, ensuring every step — from design to finishing — reflects both artistry and compassion. Inspired by faith and driven by a desire to serve others, Fernando and David see jewelry as more than adornment. Each piece symbolizes resilience, renewal, and the belief that creativity can transform lives, offering beauty while uplifting communities.

Handcrafted in Guatemala from coconut shell, lava stone, resin, and nylon cord. The pendant measures 0.1 inches high by 1.2 inches in diameter. The adjustable nylon cord measures 14.5 to 29 inches long and 1 mm wide and weighs 0.14 ounces.
