Since 2011, this Thai artisan has built a thriving workshop dedicated to handcrafted jewelry that celebrates the beauty of nature and color. Beginning her journey in 2008, she has grown from working alone to leading a small team of four full-time artisans and providing opportunities to more than 20 women in her community. Many are students, homemakers, or employees supplementing their income, all united by a love of handmade craft. This necklace is crafted in Thailand from natural and dyed pearls, smoky quartz, quartzite, polyester, and sterling silver-plated brass. It has a lobster claw clasp with a 2-inch extender. The necklace measures 19 inches long, and the pendant measures 3 inches long by 1 inch wide by 0.4 inches deep and weighs 0.71 ounces.
