The second of three children, he learned silverwork from his parents, who managed a small workshop through challenging times, including the decline in tourism after the Bali bombing. Now a university graduate, he is dedicated to expanding his family’s craft, combining sterling silver with natural gemstones. He finds inspiration in Balinese culture and enjoys transforming ideas into tangible designs using traditional tools like hammers, scissors, and polishers. With the support of his girlfriend and fellow artisans, he continues to innovate while preserving ancestral methods. His jewelry reflects both heritage and modern vision, offering wearers pieces that capture the essence of Bali’s artistry and resilience.
