In 2002, he joined Novica, an experience he credits with transforming his craft from simple jewelry into true art. Over two decades, he has grown from working with a single helper to leading a small team of artisans, instilling in them the importance of precision and uncompromising quality. Today, his designs reflect a balance between timeless style and evolving fashion, while his workshop provides opportunity and livelihood for the families who bring each creation to life.
