Since 2011, this Thai artisan has built a thriving workshop dedicated to handcrafted jewelry that celebrates the beauty of nature and color. Beginning her journey in 2008, she has grown from working alone to leading a small team of four full-time artisans and providing opportunities to more than 20 women in her community. Many are students, homemakers, or employees supplementing their income, all united by a love of handmade craft. Recently, she has expanded her vision to include decorative objects, while also investing in a guesthouse where she plans to host jewelry-making classes.
