This Animal Print Patterned Sterling Silver Link Bracelet 'Minimalist Savageness' is an audacious piece by Roy Nilson. A wild spirit takes over the sterling silver pieces that compose this link bracelet, which is accented with animal print patterns. This piece is a beautiful blend of traditional methods with an original style, and it is a testament to his belief that jewelry is a form of art.
Born in 1962 in Río Cuarto, Argentina, this designer was raised in a family that valued art in all its forms. Though his early studies were not artistic, he trained as a stage actor and later pursued acting seriously in his 40s. After moving to Mexico, he turned to jewelry design, discovering a new medium for expression. His first creation, a silver ring, remains a treasured family heirloom. Since 2003, he has dedicated himself fully to jewelry, working alongside artisans who handcraft each piece using traditional methods. His designs are simple, original, and deeply inspired by life and the people around him. Family remains central to his practice, with relatives actively involved in his creative journey. For him, jewelry is not just adornment but a form of art, as essential and fulfilling as theater, cinema, and literature in celebrating the beauty of life.
Handcrafted in Mexico, this bracelet is made from 925 sterling silver. It features an oxidized finish, measures 7.5 inches in inner circumference x 1.4 inches W, and secures with a toggle clasp.
