Estuardo Jiménez, born into a family of silversmiths, represents the new generation of jewelry artisans in Guatemala. His parents, the Jiménez Family, joined Novica in 2010, and Estuardo began as an apprentice in their workshop while completing his studies. By 2015, eager to develop his own voice, he launched his independent career while continuing to support his family’s craft. His designs reflect both tradition and innovation, guided by a commitment to excellence that earned him the Novica Central America Award for Excellence in Quality in 2022. Today, Estuardo manages a workshop with assistants, focusing on meticulous craftsmanship and sustainable growth. Beyond jewelry, his greatest achievement has been building his own home, a symbol of perseverance and the transformative power of artistry.
