Chaloemphon Krasear, affectionately known as “Noi,” was born in 1959 in Khonkaen Province, Thailand. From a young age, he gravitated toward the arts, preferring imagination and creation over rote learning. His journey into craftsmanship began during high school, when an older friend introduced him to the world of handmade leatherwork. Through observation and practice, Chaloemphon learned the steps of shaping, tinting, and finishing leather goods, assisting in his friend’s shop while dreaming of art school. That spark became a lifelong career. Today, Noi is celebrated for his finely crafted leather jewelry and accessories, each piece shaped with precision and imbued with warmth. His partnership with Novica brought him not only stability but also transformation: he was able to pay off his home, expand his workshop, invest in better tools, and provide music and travel experiences for his family. For Chaloemphon, craftsmanship is inseparable from gratitude—every design reflects his joy in creating and his appreciation for those who support his work.

Handcrafted in Thailand, this necklace is made from 950 silver, dyed lapis lazuli, dyed howlite, leather cord, and a 925 sterling silver clasp. It weighs 0.35 oz, is 18 inches L, and has a width of 3 mm.
