Anak Agung Sagung Mas Candradewi, known simply as Candradewi, was born in Denpasar in 1982 and raised in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by paddy fields. The youngest of five children, she was encouraged to pursue discipline and independence by her doctor father and midwife mother. After college, her husband introduced her to silver jewelry design, and what began as a challenge soon became her passion. Together, they built a workshop that now employs more than 40 artisans. Inspired by her children, Candradewi balances motherhood with her role as designer and businesswoman, often turning to yoga to restore calm and focus. Her creations, crafted in sterling silver and adorned with gemstones and pearls, combine simplicity with elegance. Each design reflects both Balinese artistry and her own journey of perseverance, offering jewelry that unites tradition with modern sensibilities.
