This Lapis Crying Eye by Pamela Love carves an expressive crying-eye motif into deep blue lapis lazuli, using the stone’s saturated color to give the image quiet emotional intensity. Pamela Love draws on traditional associations of lapis with wisdom, truth, meditation and intuition, while the eye itself represents perception and emotional honesty. Four recycled natural white diamonds mark the cardinal points around the hand-carved intaglio, introducing both balance and a sharp contrast to the opaque blue stone. Every piece is individually carved and therefore unique. Available in solid 14K gold or 14K gold over sterling silver, it is conceived as a deeply symbolic personal talisman.
