This Jasper Ouroboros by Pamela Love carves the ancient ouroboros directly into an oval of jasper, allowing earthy natural color to reinforce a motif associated with transformation, protection, rebirth and renewal. Four recycled natural white diamonds are positioned at the cardinal points, bringing structure and orientation to the otherwise organic stone surface. Pamela Love describes jasper through associations with grounding and emotional stability, making the entire composition read as a modern talisman rather than simply a decorative intaglio. Each piece is individually carved, ensuring subtle variation, and can be ordered in solid 14K gold or 14K gold over sterling silver.
