This Aurate x Frye: Spur Necklace by Aurate gives the paperclip chain a distinctly Western intervention. Twenty-seven round-cut white sapphires are secured within rebellious six-prong settings shaped to evoke spurs, interrupting the familiar chain with points of bright texture. At 18 inches, the necklace has enough length to layer but enough detail to stand entirely on its own. Offered in gold vermeil or sterling silver, it brings Frye’s frontier references into a polished urban context rather than treating Western style literally.
