This Merric Ring by Aneta Zae treats the unisex band as a piece of dimensional sculpture. Free-flowing hand carving creates ridges and recesses across the 14k white-gold form, while alternating matte and high-polish finishes exaggerate the changes in surface and depth. Approximately half a carat of diamonds introduces restrained flashes of light without distracting from the architecture of the metal itself. The design feels tactile, substantial and intentionally individual, reflecting Zae’s preference for jewellery shaped through an intuitive making process. It can also be adapted in different gold colours, platinum or with customised stone choices.
