This Palazzo Cocktail Ring by Emily Kuvin makes a four-carat lab-grown diamond the centre of a highly considered architectural setting. The principal stone rises above an under-halo of small baguette accents, creating a second layer of brilliance beneath the centre rather than surrounding it with a conventional face-up halo. Yellow gold forms the band while white-gold prongs disappear more quietly around the diamond, preserving its brightness. Dramatic in carat weight yet intentionally streamlined in structure, the ring combines old-world cocktail-ring glamour with the precise geometry and modern laboratory-grown stones of contemporary fine jewellery.
