The Polaris Scatter Diamond Engagement Ring by Lisa Robin uses deliberate irregularity to create movement around the center. Small diamonds appear at intervals rather than forming a continuous pavé band, allowing each stone to reflect light independently and leaving visible metal between the points of brilliance. The effect is subtly celestial, as though the principal diamond were surrounded by its own small constellation. At 1.5 mm wide, the band remains exceptionally fine and keeps the scattered accents airy rather than busy. Polaris is a strong choice for someone who wants side-stone sparkle but prefers asymmetry, negative space and expressive composition to conventional uniform settings.
