This Riff Black Tungsten with Charred Whiskey Barrel and Guitar String Ring by Lisa Robin combines materials with very different histories inside one contemporary band. Charred whiskey-barrel wood contributes warm brown grain from used bourbon barrels, while a steel guitar string runs beside it as a bright linear accent; both are framed by deep black tungsten. The contrast makes the 8 mm ring feel part musical object, part reclaimed-material study and part modern wedding band. Each component remains clearly visible rather than blending into a generic inlay.
