Design: Rossella Ugolini is an award-winning Italian jewellery designer. She spent her childhood in the garden of wonders of her grandfather's city-cottage. He was an engineer but also an inventor. There she learned to look at details with curiosity and imagination. Today she owes to her training the ability to shape ideas through gold and precious stones. With her work she tries to give back, in another form, the beautiful things that she has been lucky enough to admire. She uses her goldsmith's lens to observe the history and beauty of Italy but also to go beyond places and things and discover the less visible charm of the soul and thoughts.

Style Notes: The bee is a creature that has always inspired Rossella from different points of view: from her ability to actively participate in a community, hard-working nature, essential for the correct development of the ecosystem, and last but not least, her ability to create geometric structures of millimeter precision and make them functional and fascinating. From the collection “Istinti", here is one of Rossella's creations to support this precious animal: 18k yellow gold earrings embellished with precious 0.05 ct deep black diamonds, luminous 0.71 ct white diamonds and pink and green tourmalines. The contrast between white and black diamonds create a wonderful lights game. It is also possible to use the hexagon pendant with another earring.
