Representing the pupil of the Eye necklace, the Pupil necklace features a tightly-wound sterling silver filigree spiral on the back and a hand-hammered and soldered 18k gold disc on the front. The pendant, which hangs from an 'angel hair' chain, is painstakingly handcrafted, so each one has its own personality. A larger version of this pendant is also available.
Sharón Chandally Pedrini's work carries tradition forward, innovating under the influence of generations. She explores the tension between asymmetry and balance, simplicity and chaos, and synthesizes her roots in Yemenite silversmithing with a uniquely modern sensibility.
