This 9k Diamond Pear Single Labret by Dower & Hall gives a small diamond-set stud a more directional character through its tapered pear outline. Pavé diamonds follow the compact shape, creating a bright surface that narrows to a point rather than forming a conventional round disc. Available in 9k yellow or white gold, the labret is finished with a secure internal screw fastening and Dower & Hall’s signature quatrefoil back.
