This 18k 6mm Cushion Aquamarine & Diamond Stargazer Ring by Dower & Hall surrounds a cool blue centre with an irregular constellation of white brilliance. The cushion-cut aquamarine offers soft geometry and watery colour, while seven diamonds of differing sizes orbit the stone in the spontaneous arrangement characteristic of Stargazer. Yellow gold creates a warmer contrast; white gold gives the composition a cooler, almost icy luminosity. In either version, the ring avoids the rigid symmetry of a traditional halo and instead feels airy, sculptural and slightly otherworldly, with enough presence to serve beautifully as an unconventional engagement ring.
