This Saigon Lunar Ring by Donatella Balsamo combines two Vietnamese references within one sculptural design. The handcrafted band recalls the tiered silhouettes of pagoda temples, while a round moonstone evokes lanterns glowing through the night. Its milky lustre softens the bold bauble shape and prevents the ring from feeling heavy despite the generous centre. The result captures Donatella’s travel-led approach beautifully, translating architecture, atmosphere and light into jewellery rather than simply using a decorative motif.
