This Crescent Necklace in Salt and Pepper Diamond by Kate Wood transforms naturally included diamonds into a moody crescent of understated sparkle. Tiny salt-and-pepper diamond beads are hand-pinned along an oxidised sterling-silver chain, where their grey tones and distinctive black-and-white inclusions are amplified by the darkened metal. The result is deliberately less polished than conventional diamond jewellery, celebrating character, texture and natural variation instead. Its crescent silhouette sits delicately against the neckline, keeping the overall effect feminine despite the darker palette. Beautiful alone or layered with other silver chains, it offers a subtle, earthy interpretation of April’s birthstone and a distinctive choice for anyone drawn to diamonds with individuality.
