Born in Denpasar in 1997, Yustiana Dewi now lives in Celuk Village, Bali, a community renowned worldwide for its silver artistry. Jewelry runs in her family: her grandfather was a silversmith, her grandmother sold his work in local markets, and both her parents continued the tradition. Though she studied mathematics at Singaraja University, she chose to embrace her heritage while also pursuing her love of dance, another gift passed down from her grandmother. Yustiana’s jewelry is distinguished by its fresh interpretations of Balinese tradition, with motifs inspired by nature’s beauty. For her, each creation is an opportunity to stand out from other craftsmen, offering designs that combine cultural depth with modern appeal. Through her work, she aspires to share Bali’s artistry with the world while honoring the lineage that shaped her.
